Shipping policy
All orders are processed within a day (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get a second notification when your order ships.
Domestic shipping rates
We ship flat-rate within the United States. Orders over $100 ship free. Below that, shipping is a flat charge based on the weight of your package, shown at checkout before you pay:

Most single items — a sheet set, a duvet cover, a pair of pillowcases — fall under 5 lb. Delivery times are counted from dispatch, so allow 1–3 business days of processing on top: 6 to 11 business days from order to doorstep.
International shipping
We don't ship outside the United States at the moment.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to start updating.
If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation email, email us at hello@venicehome.store with your name and order number and we'll look into it.
Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you in full — including return shipping. See our refund policy for returns and exchanges.
